Dr Katherine Darch (MED0002060036) is a Brisbane born and based Specialist Dermatologist, with an interest in all aspects of medical dermatology.

Education

Dr Darch completed her schooling in Brisbane, then completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy with first class honours at the University of Queensland. She completed her medical training at the University of Melbourne, graduating with a Doctor of Medicine. During her junior doctor years, she also undertook a Graduate Certificate in Health Economics at Deakin University.

Experience

 

Dr Darch completed her junior doctor years at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Mater Adults Hospital.

 

Her Dermatology Training was completed at the Queensland Institute of Dermatology and Greenslopes Hospital, Mater Adults Hospital, Cairns Hospital, Queensland Children's Hospital, the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, and the Princess Alexandra Hospital. 

 

She has published articles in international peer-reviewed journals, and presented at meetings, including the Australasian College of Dermatologists Annual Scientific Meeting, on a number of occasions.

Dr Darch has an interest in medical dermatology, research and teaching.​

Outside of clinic, she loves to spend time with her husband, their families, and kitten Plum.
